  • No flash photography is permitted inside the domes.
  • Tripods are not allowed.
  • Please refrain from touching the butterflies or other animals.
  • Children under 12 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult aged 16 years or older at all times.
  • Dress code: Visitors are kindly requested to follow the UAE’s public dress regulations.
  • People of Determination and one companion receive a 50% discount on tickets.
  • Wheelchairs are available free of charge upon presenting a valid ID at the counter.
