Terms and Conditions

All visitors must hold a valid ticket obtained from The Butterfly Gardens Abu Dhabi, the official website, or an authorized partner.

Tickets are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be resold. Any misuse or unauthorized resale of tickets will result in the ticket being void.

Tickets are valid for a period of two (2) weeks from the date of purchase. Entry may be refused if the ticket is invalid or does not meet the required conditions.

Children under the age of 12 must be always accompanied by a responsible adult aged 16 years or above while inside the premises.

The accompanying adult is responsible for the supervision and safety of the child throughout the visit. The Butterfly Gardens Abu Dhabi reserves the right to amend age restrictions when necessary to ensure safety and security.

Re-entry to The Butterfly Gardens Abu Dhabi is generally not permitted once a guest exits the premises.

However, in certain cases, same-day re-entry may be allowed, if guests present valid proof of purchase and any required identification issued prior to exit.

Guests holding a valid People of Determination (POD) identification card issued by a recognized authority are eligible for special rates or services.

The relevant ID must be presented at the time of purchase or entry to benefit from these provisions.

For the safety and comfort of all guests, certain items are strictly prohibited within the premises. These include, but are not limited to:

• Weapons of any kind, including ceremonial items
• Fireworks, explosives, or hazardous materials
• Alcoholic beverages and illegal substances
• Glass bottles or containers
• Animals of any kind
• Bicycles, scooters, hoverboards, or similar devices (excluding mobility aids)
• Outside food and beverages
• Any item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by management

Guests may be denied entry or removed if found carrying prohibited items.

Guests are expected to always behave responsibly and respectfully. Any unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

Climbing on structures, damaging property, or interfering with exhibits is strictly prohibited. All visitors must adhere to health and safety guidelines displayed throughout the facility.

Security checks may be conducted upon entry or within the premises to ensure the safety of all visitors. Guests are required to cooperate with security personnel when requested.

Any individual found in possession of restricted or dangerous items will be escorted out and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
